Apple and Samsung- These two smartphone giants have been at loggerheads for some time, and this has spilled over into ad campaigns and commercials. But keeping this aside, the Samsung vs. apple extends beyond the brand. It is a comparison between two different operating systems and iOS and the Android.
The competition among the two best smartphone companies is reaching epic proportions with the release of iPhone 8 and Galaxy Note 8.
Apple
The smartphone company that needs no introduction or background, Apple is probably most niche brand of all time. The iPhone 8 is the most recent offering from apple. Like its predecessors, this cell phone is also designed solely for performance and is currently the most desired smartphones of 2017.
Samsung
Samsung is the only smartphone company which can stand in competition face to face against Apple and probably wins. The Samsung Note Series has revolutionized the way cell phone companies operate. The South Korean company has its reaches across different electronic gadgets. Globally, Samsung has a wider market reach than Apple.
Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Note 8 in 2017 with new and improved features. The main rival for this smartphone is the iPhone 8. Both of these cell phone companies are working solely at outperforming the other.
iPhone 8 vs. Galaxy Note 8
Both the phones have a dual lens camera and an all glass design on the front and back. But there are distinguishing features that make the comparison difficult.
Display
iPhone 8 is expected to have a 5.8 inches AMOLED display whereas the Galaxy Note 8 has a Pixel-Sense 4K 6.4 inches display
Processor
The galaxy note runs on the Snapdragon 835 processor whereas the iPhone 8 is powered by the A11 chip
RAM
There is a huge difference in the RAM size between the two phone. The Note S8 has a twice the RAM (6GB) in comparison to the 3 GB RAM of iPhone 8.
Storage
The base version of both the phones has 64GB of storage space. However, the iPhone 8 plus has a storage of 256GB against 128GB of Note plus.
