    Qualified physical therapists teach the patients to perform certain exercises and movements which will promote the flow of blood to other affected body parts and reduce inflammation. Physical therapy reduces inflammation, minimizes muscle pain, and improves sleep quality.
  • Acupuncture

    As negative thoughts and stress increase, the occurrence of fibromyalgia and migraine flares up. This therapy can help the patient understand their thought patterns and it uses techniques to manage negative thoughts.

Treatment for fatigue

  • Exercising
    Fatigue can be reversed by exercising every day, improving energy levels and stamina. Exercising also increases the production of endorphins, which helps balance the sleep cycle and enhance mood.

All kinds of treatment collectively help reduce the symptoms of fibromyalgia and eventually treat the condition. This makes it important to holistically approach the treatment options.
