4 simple ways to reduce cellulite

Try a coffee scrub made up of coffee grounds, sugar and almond oil or olive oil. Sleep well: Getting good rest isn’t just beneficial for you overall health, but also helps in maintaining a healthy weight. Aim for at least seven to eight hours of sleep each night for optimum health.
