You only have to place your hands on a flat surface and lift your fingers. You should hold your fingers in that raised position for one or two seconds before bringing it down.   • Rubberband stretch

You need to draw your fingers closer and wrap the rubber band around it. After that, extend your fingers until you face resistance from the rubber band and then get your fingers closer again.
  • Finger-thumb circle stretch
    For this exercise, you need to get your injured finger and your thumb to create a circular shape, just like an “OK” emoji. Hold this position for five seconds and then let the finger go. Repeat this sequence ten times.
  • Tennis ball exercise
    This exercise is a good solution for curing trigger finger. As you can determine from the name, you need a tennis ball for this exercise. You need to grab the tennis ball in your palm and squeeze it for five seconds, and then release the pressure. Doing this ten times a day can help you to overcome trigger finger.
